Chipboard – economical choice – suitable for a dry environment only – smooth surface for easy loading
MDF – stronger in density, more resistant to water – suitable for dry environments
Melamine – Moisture resistant surface, so you can wipe them down with a damp cloth – provides a clean working surface in dust free working environments
Steel – Cheaper than Galvanised but best for a dry environment
Galvanised Steel – used for storage in damp environments – ideal for commercial use – freight containers – food
Chrome mesh – durable and attractive finish for displays etc. – allows air flow, so good for dry food goods

Longspan Shelving

This is a go-to popular conventional shelving system that can store heavier and larger loads. Longspan offers easy access and is available in different finishes and loading capacities. The maximum width for the Longspan shelves is 2700mm.
